Knowledge and Skills Kent which is the accredited training centre of Technology Enterprise Kent is currently able to offer an NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Business Administration through Train to Gain for employers who have a training requirement for their staff members. This will be fully funded for employers with less than 50 staff.
To be eligible staff members must currently have qualifications below NVQ Level 2 and the employer must be in agreement for the staff member to register for the programme.

programme is a European Social Fund initiative thus the cost to employers/individuals
has been significantly reduced (usual fee £1467.61 + VAT):
- Employers
with fewer than 50 employees will be required to contribute £195
(£165.96 + £29.04 (VAT) plus a 'Time in-kind' contribution
equivalent to £64 per trainee.)

- Innovation Relay Centre Network (IRC)
TEK manages the London and South East Innovation Relay Centre.
IRCs are centres for the exchange of technology. They support innovation
and transnational co-operation in Europe with a range of specialised
business support services. IRC services are primarily targeted
at technology-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) but
are also available to large companies, research institutes, universities,
technology centres and innovation agencies.

TEK has been contracted by Medway Council to deliver a series of facilitated
workshops and 1-2-1 intensive assistance to businesses in the Medway
administrative area (postcodes ME1-ME8, excluding ME6).

Communications Technologies) topic can receive up to half a day's
intenstive support, free of charge.
