The company manages 69 workshop units and offices across the region on behalf of Kent County Council and the two district councils (Dover District Council and Thanet District Council)

These "incubation" units are available to starter businesses, including technology based and other high growth start-ups, at subsidised rents on an "easy-in, easy-out" tenancy basis.  Businesses that show growth potential but require additional assistance during the early period of their development are targeted to receive expert advice.
